Terms of Use (Offer Agreement)

1. Subject of the agreement

After payment, the User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the automation template files (JSON scenarios for n8n and Make, accompanying instructions, checklists, and prompts) to the extent of the purchased package.

The license is perpetual, with no subscription and no automatic charges. Package updates are provided to the extent stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. What is permitted

• using the templates in personal projects;
• using the templates in commercial projects, including your clients' projects (building scenarios for a client based on a template);
• modifying, configuring, and adapting the scenarios to your needs;
• using the purchased files together with your team within a single organization.

3. What is prohibited

• reselling the package in whole or any of its parts;
• publishing the files publicly (websites, forums, channels, repositories, marketplaces);
• transferring the files to third parties outside the scope of your own projects;
• claiming to be the rights holder of the templates or using the AutoFlow brand to sell similar packages;
• using the materials to create competing package products.

In case of violation, the license is revoked without a refund, and the rights holder may demand that use be discontinued.

4. Intellectual property

All rights to the template files, scenario structures, instructions, and accompanying materials belong to the author (the AutoFlow seller). The license does not transfer any exclusive rights to the User — only the right of use to the extent of Section 2.

5. Liability

• The Seller does not guarantee specific commercial results: the scenarios automate processes, and the economic effect depends on the User's tasks and settings.
• The limits and pricing of third-party services (n8n, Make, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and others) are set by their providers and may change independently of the Seller.
• The Seller is not liable for losses arising from the User's incorrect configuration of a scenario or violation of third-party service rules.
• The Seller ensures that the files work at the time of purchase: if importing a file fails or a scenario does not run due to reasons embedded in the file itself, see the refund policy.

6. Payment procedure

• Payment is one-time; access to the files is perpetual.
• There are no automatic charges, subscriptions, or hidden payments.
• Payments are accepted via a payment provider; payment details are processed by the provider — the Seller does not receive or store them.
• For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, an invoice and closing documents are issued upon request.

7. Conclusion of the agreement

This agreement is a public offer. Making a payment constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms. The agreement takes effect from the moment of payment and remains in force indefinitely with respect to the license.

The text of this agreement may be updated; the version in effect at the time of payment applies to previously paid licenses.
