Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy describes what personal data is processed when you use the AutoFlow website (the "Site") and purchase digital products (automation templates for n8n and Make). The data controller is the seller of AutoFlow products, a self-employed individual.

This Policy is drafted in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, as well as the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

2. What data we collect

Data you provide yourself

• name (or nickname) when placing an order;
• email address to which the files are delivered;
• Telegram username, if you contact support or choose delivery via Telegram.

Technical data

• cookies and analytics data (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity): pages visited, visit duration, device type, traffic source;
• IP address and browser user agent.

Payment data

Card details and transfer details are processed by the payment provider through which payment is made. We do not receive or store card numbers, CVV codes, or other payment details. We only see the fact of payment, the amount, and the payment identifier needed to grant access.

3. Purposes of processing

• order fulfillment: providing access to the purchased files and instructions;
• support: answering questions and helping with scenario setup;
• analytics: anonymized visit statistics to improve the Site and materials;
• compliance with legal requirements (for example, tax accounting).

4. Legal grounds

• your consent, expressed through an action (placing an order, contacting support);
• the concluded agreement: payment constitutes acceptance of the public offer (terms of use);
• legal requirements.

5. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing. Data may be shared only to the extent necessary for the Site to operate:

• payment provider — to process the payment;
• hosting provider — to store and deliver the files;
• analytics services (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) — for anonymized statistics. These services use their own privacy policies and data protection mechanisms;
• authorized authorities — in cases expressly provided for by law.

6. Retention period

We retain data until you request its deletion, or up to 3 years from your last interaction, whichever comes first. Data required for tax accounting is retained for the periods established by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• request a copy of your data;
• demand correction of inaccurate data;
• demand deletion of your data;
• withdraw your consent to processing by sending us a message.

Requests are accepted via Telegram @autoflow_support. We respond within 3 business days.

8. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies for analytics (GA4, Clarity) and to remember interface state. These are not third-party advertising trackers.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — under "Privacy and security." Some Site features may not work correctly with cookies disabled.
