Refund Policy
Version of September 20, 2026 · applies to AutoFlow digital products
1. When we refund in full
A 100% refund is issued in three cases:
- the files did not download, or the download link is broken for technical reasons, and we could not deliver the product within 2 business days;
- the file is technically defective (see the definition in section 5), and we did not fix the issue within 5 business days of your report;
- a duplicate payment was made by mistake (a double charge for the same product).
2. When no refund is issued
Digital goods of proper quality are non-refundable. No refund is issued if:
- the files were downloaded and work, but you "changed your mind" or the product "wasn't a fit";
- the problem is caused by limits of third-party services (API quotas, account blocks at API providers) rather than the file itself;
- the problem is caused by incorrect setup on your side while the pack includes instructions, and support offered help which you declined;
- the license terms were violated (for example, an attempt to resell).
3. How to request a refund
- Message us on Telegram at @autoflow_support.
- Include the email the purchase was made with and the payment number (or date).
- Describe the problem: if it's technical, attach a screenshot or the error text.
We may request additional details to identify the payment and reproduce the error.
4. Timelines
- Request review: up to 3 business days.
- If a defect needs fixing: up to 5 business days for the fix.
- Refund: up to 10 business days after the grounds are confirmed, issued via the same payment method used at checkout.
5. What counts as a technical defect
Defect (grounds for a refund):
- importing the file into n8n or Make fails with a format error while following the pack instructions;
- the scenario fails due to an error built into the file itself (a broken node reference, invalid JSON, a missing required variable with no mention in the instructions).
NOT a defect:
- errors caused by the user's exhausted or missing API keys;
- limits of third-party service plans (quotas, regional blocks);
- setup mistakes by the user when instructions are available;
- changes to third-party APIs after the purchase date (in that case we update the file for free as part of the available updates).
